Fresh North Atlantic Tuna

Our Yellowfin Tuna, caught in the Gulf of Maine, has a mild, meaty flavor. It’s more flavorful than Albacore, but leaner than Bluefin. The meat is bright red in its raw state, but when cooked, turns brown to grayish tan. Yellowfin Tuna is also sushi-grade with a rating of 2+, Always FRESH Never frozen.
